Riverside County Transportation Commission SR-91 Corridor Improvement Project
The SR-91 Corridor Improvement Project is the widening of the State Route 91 from State Route 241 to Pierce Street in Riverside and the I-15 from Cajalco Road to Hidden Valley Parkway in Corona. MBI Media was selected to be the Community Outreach Consultant for the project.
The Communications Plan is a document created by MBI Media that explains the entire community outreach plan for the project. The plan includes dates and number of meetings and the responsibilities of all team members that participate in the Communications Plan.
MBI Media created a website for the SR-91 Corridor Improvement project in conjunction with RCTC (Riverside County Transportation Commission). The purpose of the website is to keep the public informed about the project and educate them. The team was given three separate designs to choose from. After numerous redesigns and enhancements, the “final look” was decided on. Included in the site is a section for the public at large to comment and ask questions which allows a two-way communication between the public and RCTC.
In order to be completely informed about the progress of the project, it is imperative for MBI team members to participate in all Project Team Meetings. We completely support the project and are available whenever we are needed.
MBI Media facilitates the public workshops and stakeholder meetings. We provide the sign-in sheets, professionally designed comment cards, PowerPoint Presentations and compile data that is collected from the meeting and prepare reports. We are always available to create any brochures or displays boards that are needed for each meeting.
MBI Media is responsible for maintaining the stakeholder database and updating the list as necessary. The stakeholder database is the lifeline for community outreach and it is vital to the community outreach process to keep the list current.
MBI Media has an in-house graphics department that is available to prepare any necessary collateral pieces. The range of services offered spans from print media, to video, PowerPoint presentations as well as the ability to create animations. Our graphics team is highly skilled and able to produce high quality products.
MBI Media will be facilitating the public hearing. This will include sign in sheets, professionally designed comment cards, PowerPoint Presentations and compiling data that will be collected from the hearing. We are available to make any brochures or display boards that are needed for the public hearing. Contracting a court reporter will be an essential part of the Public Hearing.
