Dana Point Harbor Revitalization Plan
The goal of the Dana Point Revitalization Plan is to have Dana Point Harbor area re-emerge as a thriving recreational, boating and retail activity center for Southern Orange County. The challenge with this plan is to accommodate all interested parties. The boaters, residents and retail establishments all have different needs as to how the Harbor should be revitalized. MBI Media was selected by the Harbor department to provide community outreach that will address the parties concerns and move the plan forward.
MBI Media schedules and coordinates Town Hall meetings and Harbor Plan Advisory Committee Meetings. We develop informative collateral materials and presentation boards which contributes to the success of these meetings. Our team member compiles, maintains, and updates data we collect from each meeting and disseminate the information to the interested parties. This project is in the SEIR process and MBI is assisting the Harbor Department to develop message points while still keeping the public informed.
